In 305 West End’s memory care community, programs are customized to each resident’s level of ability and interest. The personalized dementia care programming helps ensure residents feel comfortable and safe.
Examples of programming include music experiences with Board-Certified Music Therapists and licensed Creative Arts Therapists. Residents also enjoy professional concerts through Orpheus Reflections and Sing For Your Seniors, featuring songs from Broadway, jazz, classical, and more. Additional programming includes exercise classes, art lessons, pet therapy, cooking, and scheduled outings to Manhattan attractions.
305 West End Assisted Living offers two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio suites for our independent and assisted living residents. Our memory care community, Reflections, offers a studio suite floor plan. All suites include a kitchenette, private bath, daily housekeeping, 24-hour security, maintenance, and more.

Our premier Upper West Side address puts our residents at the heart of Manhattan’s arts and culture scene, just a few blocks from the American Natural History Museum and the Hayden Planetarium, Lincoln Center, and Central Park. Nested between Beacon Theatre and Riverside Park, there is always something to do right in our residents’ backyard.

Visitors are always welcome at 305 West End Assisted Living. For safety and security purposes, guests are required to sign in and out at the concierge desk.

Residents in independent and assisted living are allowed to come and go as they please, for both organized group outings and personal excursions. Residents of our Reflections memory care program are encouraged to attend events and outings, but are accompanied by an attendant at all times for safety.
